- Ponemos la salsa a hervir y cuando alcance el punto de ebullición bajamos el fuego al mínimo y cocinamos las albóndigas en la salsa durante 15 min aproximadamente, vigilar que la salsa no pierda el agua y remover con relativa frecuencia para que no se queme la salsa de verduras.
- Cuando estén cocinadas las albóndigas añadimos perejil y ¡listo para comer!
