  2. Cuando esté todo sofrito añadimos el laurel y el tomate triturado y dejamos que se sofría unos minutos más y añadimos el agua, sobre 1 litro y cuarto más o menos. Añadimos las especias, ponemos la tapadera y lo dejamos cocer alrededor de 40-45 min.
  3. Pasado este tiempo echamos la torta y lo dejamos 15 min, y probamos de sal, que anteriormente habremos troceado en trocitos pequeños y si queréis podéis dejar un trozo grandecito para poner en el plato antes de servirlos
