- Cocemos los garbanzos, previamente remojados la noche anterior, en agua con sal. Escurrimos y reservamos


- Pelamos las zanahorias, las cortamos y las cocemos en agua con sal hasta que estén blandas pero no deshechas, unos 8 minutos según tamaño. Escurrimos y reservamos


- Pelamos y cortamos el tomate. Reservamos


- En el vaso de la batidora ponemos los garbanzos escurridos, el Tahin, el diente de ajo pelado, el zumo de lima, unos 70-80 ml de agua, el comino, sal y un poco de aceite de oliva. Batimos bien añadiendo un poco más de agua si es necesario y dividimos en 3 partes



- En el vaso de la batidora ponemos una parte del hummus que habíamos dividido junto con las zanahorias y un poquito del caldo de cocción de estas. Batimos bien, rectificamos de sal si es necesario y lo ponemos en un bol. Reservamos


- Limpiamos la batidora, ponemos una segunda parte del hummus y el tomate troceado, si es necesario añadimos un poco de agua. Batimos bien, rectificamos de sal si es necesario y ponemos en un bol. Reservamos



- Volvemos a limpiar la batidora, ponemos el tercio restante del hummus con la espirulina, añadimos un poco de agua y batimos bien. Ponemos en un bol y reservamos


- Ya tenemos las tres variedades de hummus

- Servimos acompañadas al gusto, yo he puesto crudités de zanahoria, rabanitos, pimiento rojo y pepino
