Están súper ricos, pero yo he tenido serios problemas para rellenarlos. Creo que ha sido porque ella ha usado una crema de relleno de MyBodyGenius que es más líquida, y yo la hice casera, que me quedó mucho más espesa y creo que eso dificultaba el paso de la crema por un tubito tan finito. Así que podéis probar mi receta de fitella o utilizar otra que posiblemente os permita rellenarlos como corresponde.
El resultado para mi ha sido: cortarlos por la mitad y untar! jeje
Aún así, merecen muuuuuucho la pena!

  3. 150 g harina trigo integral

  1. En un bol tamizamos las harinas
  2. Para la buttermilk mezclamos 250 ml de leche, 20 ml de zumo de limón y dejamos reposar 10'
  3. En otro bol deshacemos la levadura fresca en los 20 ml de leche templada
  4. ¡Ojo! con la leche con levadura, mezclamos 170 ml de buttermilk, NO TODA LA MEZCLA QUE HICIMOS
  5. Agregamos y removemos el resto de ingredientes húmedos: yema, AOVE y miel
  6. Incorporamos las harinas tamizadasy mezclamos hasta conseguir una masa moldeable
  7. Amasamos 10 minutos y la dejamos reposar tapada con pepel film 1 hora o hasta que doble su tamaño
  8. Amasamos para desglasificarla y cortamos porciones de 60g
  9. Estiramos cada porción con un rodillo dándole forma ovalada, enrollamos a lo ancho y sellamos los bordes pellizcándolos
  10. Los colocamos separados en una bandeja de horno con papel de horno, los tapamos con un paño y dejamos reposar 1 hora
  11. Precalentamos el horno a 180º
  12. Los pinelamos con yema batida y horneamos 12 minutos o hasa que se doren
  13. Los sacamos y los dejamos atemperar sobre una rejilla
  14. Con un palillo chino, hacemos un agujero a lo largo del Bollycao sin atraversarlo
  15. Añadimos el relleno en una manga pastelera con una pajita sellada con celo y rellenamos
  16. Se podría colocar el relleno y sellarlo antes de hornear
