    Lavamos y cortamos los tomates, pelamos los ajos, los partimos a lo largo y le sacamos el germen para que no repita, cortamos el pan.
  2. En la batidora o en la jarra  donde se vaya a batir el tomate pondremos primero un poco del tomate cortado, el pan cortado, otra capa de tomate y el ajo. Le echamos el aceite y la sal (*pimienta negra) y lo batimos bien hasta que quede muy bien batido.
  3. Si se desea se puede pasar por el chino  para quitar las pieles del tomate, también puedes poner el tomate ya pelado y así no lo tienes que pasar por el chino.
    Dejar enfriar durante por lo menos 4 horas. Cuando vayamos a consumirlo, lo ponemos en un bol, le añadimos un trozo de huevo picado y le ponemos un par de filetes de anchoa cortaditos.  (Si se desea se puede poner con taquitos de jamón serrano, con setas cortadas y pasadas por la sartén para que queden crujientitas, cebolla frita…)
