  3. Añadimos el aceite de coco y cocinamos 10' a velocidad cuchara a 100°.En el caso de no tener robot pone el aceite de coco en una cacerola y cocina las verduras a fuego medio tapándola para aprovechar el vapor.
  4. Añadimos el tomate y la pimienta, el jamón y cocinamos otros 12' a velocidad cuchara y 95°. Lo mismo en la cacerola a fuego medio.
  5. Mientras hacemos el huevo a la plancha en una sartén que no se pegue engrasada un poquito con aceite de coco
  6. Servimos y añadimos el huevo. Podeis espolvorear perejil por encima.
