  2. Yo las hago en Thermomix pero podéis usar olla rápida, los pasos son los mismos. Sólo tendrás que modificar el tiempo de cocción.
    Primero hago un sofrito con las verduras y la cucharada de aceite. Unos 12 min, varoma, vel 2
    Ajos, cebolla, pimiento, tomate. Por este orden
  3. Trituro la verdura con un vaso de caldo o agua. Es opcional, puedes dejar los trocitos
  4. Escurrir y enjuagar las lentejas, añadirlas al sofrito junto con el pimentón, el laurel y un poco de sal.
  5. Añadir el resto de caldo de verduras, hasta cubrirlas por completo. Puedes usar agua y 1 pastilla de caldo
  6. Cocer a temperatura varoma, vel 1 giro a la izquierda durante unos 20 min. A mí me gustan "enteritas" y con poco caldo.Si te gustan más blanditas, pon 10 min más. En cuanto al caldo, puedes ir añadiendo más a tu gusto
